Küresel tekstil endüstrisi ITMA 2019’da buluşurken, ASTEKS yeni nesil rektefiye makinesi 201-SF ile apron ve manşon çeşitlerinden bir seçkiyi endüstri profesyonellerine sunacak. Rektefiye dairesine dönük çözümleriyle yerel ve uluslararası pazarını büyüten ASTEKS, birçok endüstriye hitap eden yeni tesis içi taşıma aracı 101-AGV’yi de fuar boyunca anlatacak.
Apron, manşon ve manşon taşlama makineleri ile rektefiye dairesi için çözümler sunan ASTEKS, 20-26 Haziran tarihleri arasında İspanya Barselona’da gerçekleştirilecek olan ITMA 2019 fuarına katılacak. Tekstil endüstrisinin en büyük teknoloji fuarı olan ITMA, küresel pazarın her noktasından çektiği ziyaretçileriyle ASTEKS için önemli bir platforma dönüşecek. Alanında Türkiye’nin en büyük firması ASTEKS, yoğun AR-GE çalışmalarıyla geliştirdiği çözümleri Salon 7 Stand D-101’de ziyaretçilere sunacak.
Küresel iplik pazarının önemli üreticilerini ağırlamaya hazırlanan ASTEKS standında, firmanın son geliştirdiği 201-SF rektefiye makinesi yer alacak. Yüksek verimliliğe odaklanan iplikhaneler için geliştirilen makine, kolay kullanım, yüksek hassasiyette işlem ve az bakım ihtiyacı gibi üstünlüklere sahip. Akıllı besleme sistemi ile donatılan 201-SF rektefiye makinesi bu sayede, sürekli bir personel tarafından tek tek manşon yükleme ve boşaltma ihtiyacını ortadan kaldırıyor. İşlem görecek bütün manşonların tek seferde besleme haznesine boşaltılması yeterlidir. Sistem bütün işlemi otomatik olarak gerçekleştirecek ve biten manşonları da diğer hazneye yönlendirecektir. 201-SF’nin bir başka özelliği ise farklı çaptaki manşonları fark ederek, işlem gerçekleşmeden ayırmasıdır. Böylece, sistem tarafından otomatik olarak tasnif edilip, boyut farkından kaynaklanacak olan hataları ortadan kaldırarak hem yanlış taşlamanın önüne geçiliyor, hem de zaman kaybı ortadan kaldırılıyor. Her tip ring iplik ve fitil makinesi manşonlarını taşlayabilen 201-SF, bunun yanı sıra basit bir işlemle cer ve penye manşonları gibi uzun manşonları da rektefiye edebiliyor.
World Premiere of 201-SF at ITMA 2019: New Generation Cots Grinding Machine developed by ASTEKS
While the global textile industry meets at ITMA 2019, ASTEKS will present a selection of apron and cots types and their cots grinding machine 201-SF to the industry professionals. Expanding their local and international market with their solutions for the roll shop departments, ASTEKS will also inform visitors, during the exhibition, about 101-AGV: in-house transportation vehicle addressing several industries.
Providing solutions for apron, cots and cots grinding machines and roll shop department, ASTEKS will participate in ITMA 2019 in Barcelona, Spain from 20 to 26 June. ITMA, the biggest technology exhibition of the textile industry, will turn into an important platform for ASTEKS with visitors hailing from all over the global market. Being Turkey’s largest company in their field, ASTEKS will present their R&D intensive solutions to visitors in Hall 7 Booth D-101.
Company’s latest development, the 201-SF cots grinding machine will feature at the ASTEKS booth, preparing to welcome the major manufacturers of the global yarn market. Developed for spinning mills focusing on high efficiency, the machine has the advantages of easy operation, high precision processing and low maintenance requirement. Equipped with a smart feeding system, the 201-SF cots grinding machine eliminates the need to piece by piece manual feeding by a staff member. It is enough to discharge all the cots to be processed to the feeding chamber, at once. The system will perform the whole process automatically and direct the finished cots to the other chamber. Another feature of the 201-SF is that it recognizes cots with a different diameter and automatically rejects them from the process. In this way, the cots are sorted out by the system automatically and thus possible faults caused by dimensional differences, are prevented and the waste of time is eliminated. The 201-SF can process all type of the cots for ring spinning frames and roving frames, as well as long cots for draw frames and combing frames cots without any complicated and time consuming conversion required.
